AP Invoices content repository

i would like to know how can we access the content repository of AP invoices in SAP 2SL public cloud.

Since enabling SAP_COM_0109 often requires SAP involvement, open an SAP incident under component CA-GT-ALD or LO-IO-AL (depending on use case), requesting activation for your communication scenario.

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (2SL), AP invoice attachments can be accessed via Fiori apps like "Manage Supplier Invoices", using the Attachments section. The documents are stored in SAP DMS or via ArchiveLink. Proper roles (e.g., SAP_BR_AP_ACCOUNTANT) are required. Use SAP_COM_0109 communication arrangements or connect via BTP-based content services for integration or backend access.

Hi Chuma, thank you for the guidance. My client is already using the attachments in manage supplier invoices, i can work with BASIS support to assign the role you mentioned. However, i would request if you can provide step by step guide on how to access that AP invoice repository on 2SL. I am not very familiar with SAP DMS, archive link, SAP_COM_0109 commmunication arrangements or BTP-based content services.
