Amortization for product type 55A Borrowings

Hi All,

Im have created a deal for bank loan borrowings with product type 55A-200. In that we have given interest rate and installment payment at specific interval, also i have added bank charges for the loan.

Now i want amortization to be shown for the deal which i have created, so i went to TPM13 and ran it with my deal number. In that I clicked on the icon "Amortization simulation" im getting pop-up saying "Flow Is Not an Amortization Flow". Im not sure which flow type should be used in this case.

Kindly help on this and give detailed explanation on the same.

Thank you for reverting back!

I have create a PMP with amortization and the same is assigned to product type 55A. For flow types 1105 - Borrowing increase, 1120 - Final repayment, and 1200 - nominal interest "Relevant to position" indicator is checked. But still i could able to see amortization flow for the deal.

It is saying "Flow is not a amortization flow".

PMP 1002 which i have created.

The same is assigned to my product type 55A.

Also please let me know what are the flow types can be used for amortization ?

Hi,

Please check that your update type, which has to be amortized, is flagged as relevant to position and assign a position management procedure (for amortization) to your product type.
