Alternative quantity is not maintained in SAP GTS

Hello Guru,

I am getting an message 'Maintain the conversion factor for the alternative unit KG' when I run the report in ECC- ''Display Worklist for Retransfer of Commodity Code''.

When I run worklist in ECC: I can see Maintain the conversion factor for the alternative unit.

I checked in GTS Customs Management- Product Master all looks fine.

In ECC Material Master data.

Please let me know where I am missing.

Hi

After transferrting commodity code from GTS to ECC it's updating the configuration table. Then when I run the program- /SAPSLL/STAWN_RETRANSFER_R3 in ECC then it do not update MARC table with CC and UOM in Foreign Data tab. Any clue ?

Hello Ravi,

I am not sure what you mean by 'configuration table'. However, in the ERP's material master, the conversion of PC to KG must be maintained. Then this maintenance is sent to the GTS Product Master. When the classification is sent to ERP, the 'customs' uom is sent with the classification.

Now that the conversion from PC to KG is maintained in the MARM table, then the classification will be posted to the MARC table.

Hello Ravi,

This is a material master data topic. The alternate UOM conversions are normally maintained in the ERP Material Master. So, please coordinate your Foreign Trade Team with your Material Master Team.
