Hi...
Hope all are doing good!!!!
I have completed the SAP FICO and MM training through the online tutorials and currently I am working in accenture in R2R process as a SAP end user in Master Data Management team.
Please guide me about how should I proceed further...
Should I go through finding the job or get some real time experience on a Dummy Project.
Thank you in advance

It is better you check out for internal opportunities with in the organization to make lateral shift from an end user to a consultant. Since you are already working on Master data you can check out for roles in MDG. Please make a informed decision according to your interest and qualification not what is trending.
Additionally understanding of Accounting and financial principle would help a FICO Consultant and an understanding of the Purchasing process would help if you want to pursue in MM module.
Best of Luck

Hi 890140
You should have a look at the below learning journey of S/4HANA Finance
Start looking at the courses and complete your learning journey.
Since you already work with an IT Services company, check internally if you can get a role, where you can initially shadow on a project to shore up your real life skills as a SAP Finance Consultant. That would be your best bet !
If not, look for a job, where S/4HANA is being implemented and you can join as a super user, involved from business side. Here you can learn on the job and over a period of time shift from an end user /Super user to a consulting role.
The key challenge is for you to be ready to learn and start your job afresh in SAP Finance Consulting space.
Thanks & regards
