aDSO blocked when two users impute data. BPC11

Hello,

I am working with embedded BPC11, I have created a planning aDSO and it is in planning mode. I have placed the characteristics through the RSPLSE transaction as features not relevant for blocking. When it comes to imputing data through the Analysis for Microsoft office, it does not allow two users to impute data at once, it tells me that the aDSO is blocked by the first user.

Is this normal?

Can not two different users impute data in the same aDSO at the same time?
