Adding fields of budget documents

I want to add names/descriptions of MD fields to FMBB t-code.

Spro:

Bcs=>

Budgeting=>

Budget entry=>

Budget entry documents=>

Field status=>

Maintain field status definition

Here I dont have: CI NAME, FC NAME, FUND NAME ETC.

How may I add them?

(I saw them on other system.)

Thanks for your answer.

I've thought the same as you, however CI_FMBH doesn't contain these fields.

In addition their values seem as Standard values, for example, the Fund Name has the same values as the Fund standard table (Fmfincode-Bezeich).

Do you have any other idea please?

The Text fields come from structure fmbw_s_disp

It appers on SP11, but not on SP06

Hi Noy,

If these fields are not in the field status customizing that mean that's not a standard configuration.

I guess you can do it through user-defined fields under Public Sector Management => Funds Management Government => Budget Control System (BCS) => Budgeting => Tools => Business Add-Ins for Budgeting (BAdIs) => BAdI: Create User-Defined Fields in Budget Entry Document.
