Adding Custom tcode to Function

Hi Team,

I have come across many posts in SDN regarding this topic but non could help my actual purpose.So i thought to re-check.

Requirement - We need to add custom transaction into Function and move the changes from DEV to PRD.

1) As per the process, we found the relevant function and added custom tcode (ZSU01) into it.

We have mapped ZSU01 to connector D01 in Function PR01.

2) Now we need to transport these changed to PRD system from DEV.

3) So in tcode GRAC_RULE_TRANSPORT we need to select Physical system as D01 and move the changes to PRD.

But my question is will these changes overwrite all the Functions related to D01 system or it will append only these changes?

We are on GRC 10.0 SP level 23
