Hey Experts!
I have a scenario whereby we will be sending out Customer Statements (SAP13) via a Scheduled AR Job, and along with the Statement Form Template we want to attach a second static PDF document with information (i.e. how to read your statement, how to make payment, etc).
I assume that this is actioned via Output Parameter Determination, but cant figure out how to reference the PDF as is in our SAP environment (for example if loaded into Document Management) and then reference it in either the Form Template or Email Settings section of the Output Management.
I had the thought of building a custom Form Template and rebuilding the PDF Document from scratch, then referencing this as Line 2 in the Form Template step, however I feel I am missing something. I have searched Help and Community, but I am unable to find what I am looking for - I know sometimes also if I am not using the right keywords this doesn't help!

To add a second static PDF document to the Customer Statement Correspondence app in S4 Hana Cloud Public Edition, you can follow theses steps :
1. Customize the Form Template
Access the Form Template : navigate to the Maintain Form templates app
Download the Template : locate and download the existing form template associated with customer statements
Edit with Adobe Livecycle Designer : open the downloaded template using the mentioned software. Here you can integrate the second static PDF by embedding it directly into the form or by adding a subform that references the additional document
Upload the Modified Template : after making the necessary adjustements, upload the updated template back into the Maintain Form Templates app
2. Configure Output Parameters :
Access Output Parameter Determination : use the Output Parameter Determination app to define the conditions under which the modified form template should be utilized
Set Determination Rules : establish rules that specify when the system should use the updated template containing the second PDF
3. Schedule and Generate Customer Statements :
Schedule jobs : Use the Schedule Accounts Receivable Jobs app to set up periodic jobs for generating and sending customer statements. Ensure that the job parameters align with the conditions set in the output parameter determination
Review Correspondence History : after execution, you can review the correspondence history to verify that the statements, now including the second static PDF document, have been generated and sent appropriately.
