Add a scheduled task to run SAP can not get Shell control

Computer environment : windows server 2016 standard

SAP Ver :740 / 760

Dll Ver

code: session.FindById("wnd[0]/titl/shellcont/shell")

I add a scheduled task to run the script, when I choose [ Run only when user is logged on], I can get the control .but when I choose[ Run whether user is logged on or ont ] and [ run with highest privileges ],an exception is thrown : the control could not be found by id. How should I get the control in this case?
