Ad Hoc tax reporting - 210 summary

Hi All -

I am trying to run an adhoc report and cannot figure out how to get the summary screen included. CT has an odd tax set up - and it's only seen in the summary section. It's data that is not on main page - see highlighted section. Is there anyone who knows how to include this data in an ad hoc report?taxsummary.jpg
