Activate material ledger issue

dear SAP experts

in a new created company code and plant, I comes to material ledger configuratoin, and when I activated materail ledger and do the customer setting checking, I noticed a inconsistency saying "inventory Values not reconciled with FI" as below.  actually there is not any item movement yet. what is this info means? and what should I deal with this info?
