Activate Legal control only for one ship from and ship to country

Hello Guys,

I am setting up one flow in GTS where I need to activate my legal regulation for export only for one ship from country (say NL) and to one ship to country (say RU).

I have tried to explore the below settings where I have enabled export from NL and specific to only one partner country.

But even with this setting whenever I am shipping from NL to another partner country (HU) my legal regulation is also determined which should not be and expectation is, my legal regulation should only be determined when ship to country is RU.

I have some other workarounds where I can create another license type with the attributes "FTO" or "country" and add all not required sales org or country there and which can be used as dummy license during the license determination.

But I want to restrict at the legal regulation level for above country combination.

Any Idea??

You mean I should create new country group with NL & RU in to it and keep the determination strategy as it is?

But by doing this, my documents will also go for legal control check if NL is supplying to some other countries other than RU?

One additional help, can you please explain how we can assign different legal regulation determination procedure to different legal regulations? for e.g. ZEAR should LELDT and ZSPL should have ZELDT?

Hi Rishabh,

you can go into SPRO > GTS > Legal Control > Control Settings for Legal Control
and double-click on the legal regulation you want to change the licence type determination.

Is that what you were looking for?

Hello Rishabh,
You have no Country/Country in, so he won't find your activation. You can add it here.

If you won't change it, you could create country groups for NL and RU and activate it in this way.

But This strategy is also used in my some other legal regulation which I don't want to change.

How does your determination strategy look alike?
Deactivate the activation on the country level and check again.
