Hi

The best way would be to post a transaction in a sandbox system and check for yourself or better still look at a posted transaction in a system.

Neverthe less the below accounting entries do take place:

Goods Reciept

Stock A/c Dr

To GR/IR Clearing A/c

Invoice Reciept

GR/IR Clearing A/c Dr

To Vendor A/c Cr

Bank Payment

Vendor A/c Dr

To Bank Outgoing Payment A/c Cr
