Hi Community,
We are using GRC 10.1 SP15 and the users are allowed to delegate the approval of Access Requests.
How to report the requests that we approved by the delegate rather than the main approver, please?
This is rather important, because if the main approver deletes or changes the date of delegation after the request has been approved by the delegate, then it is not easy to identify those cases.
Thanks in advance for any insights.
Request clarification before answering.
Gustavo,
Approver Delegation report is provided for the same and it can found under
Reports and Analytics tab ==> Access Request Reports ==> Approver Delegation
Thanks
Ramesh

Hi Ramesh, thanks for your answer.
Unfortunately we already know that such report only shows the current list of approvers. It does not show any access request. I also know that we can cross this table with a request search, but it wouldn't explicitly show if the delegate approved as the original approver (request for his own personnel) or if they approved as delegate.
To make matters worse, GRC does not seem to provide a change history for the delegation table, so I wonder how auditors verify when they find a request that has been approved by a delegate if the delegation table entry could have been deleted.
Cheers,
Gustavo
