Access Request missing approve button

Approver is missing approve button in access request. Is missed any steps?

I'm using GRC 10.

Hi Amol, check tcode NWBC.

Go to tab Setup --> Emergency Access Maintenance. Check your controllers.

did you make the approver a controller/approver within the master data?

Also check the PFCG role. Should have something like SAP_GRAC_SUPER_USER_MGMT_CNTLR (Super User Controller Role). You can see all authorizations in the security guide.

i did not get "master data". Where need to maintain him?
