Access request generates different URL

Here are the steps that I am following:

1) Login to SAP

2) Execute transaction NWBC.

3) Click on Access management and click on Access request

4) A new window opens up

The issue is that for the same user id, the url for the new window in step 4 is different across two different machine.

How to resolve this issue?

Hi Priyanath,

Can you confirm,if you see same user ID in both browsers,clear cache/temp files and try chrome.share some screenshots/version etc?

Hi Priyanath,

Are the host file entries same in both machines?

You can check from following path:

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
