Is there a way to setup a request type to manually provision access? With the access request today, the Role or System is a mandatory entry, how can I setup a request type for a non-sap system?
I currently have all our SAP instances connected and access requests setup to auto provision. I see that I cannot have another ticket category tied to the same SAP Instances where I could have manual provision configured. Is there a way around this?
Thanks for your help !

Hello Chris,
if i understand your requirement correctly
Create separate request type for Non SAP systems in Define Request types in SPRO>GRC>Access control
and maintain Provisioning as Manual Provision at system level in maintain provisioning settings under SPRO
Make sure you have to create connectors for all systems like your Production and maintain.

Dear Chris,
another way to achieve that is by routing your request to a specific path and set the MSMP settings to "manual provisioning". Manual provisioning can also be activated at the MSMP stage level configuration, which means that even though it is not set in the Global/System provisioning settings, but is set at the path level, still a separate button would be available on the Request Approval screen.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Alessandro
