Hello All
One of our users complained that there is an error "denied access" , What could be the issue ? I had checked the
"C:\Users\[user.name]\AppData\Local\Temp\" folder. but could not find much

Restart user PC!
Uninstal, then reinstall EPM client

This is happening for the user P67839 only
