Acces request Template_Create account ERROR

Currently, I am working on the GRC ARM module. During the creation of template based requests, I always find myself facing the same input error that I could not fix.

Mainly, to enter the necessary information of the request such as: name, first name and email, the system always forces me to repeat the entry multiple times otherwise it does not work (usually as many times as mandatory inputs which are 3 in this case)

Ps:

• This error only occurs for the creation of new user accounts.
• The parameter 2051 "Enable user ID validation in access request against search data sources" is set to NO".
