ABAP DUMP after planning a self assessment in GRC PC

Hi experts,

When i planning a self assessment in process control, the case never start. I checked the SWIA transaction for workitem and i found nothing.

After checked the SM37 in the log job, this appears:

Job started Step 001 started (program GRFN_BP_SCHEDULER, variant &0000000000004, user ID Internal session terminated with a runtime error RAISE_EXCEPTION (see ST22) Job cancelled.
