500 server error login to BPC 10 web

Hi All,

When I am trying to login to a particular model in  BPC 10 NW web interface. I am getting the attached error. I am able to login to other models in the same environment. Any suggestion what can solve the issue?

Hi Archit,

there are several notes about 500 error, I think yours is the first note

I deleted the hierarchy, reloaded it again & it solved the problem.
