500 error in PaPM Cloud

Hi 

I just copied sample contents SXP(Profitability and Cost Management) and activated all functions 

but when I click the process it show 500 error screen. 

I just translated english to korean and it was work before...

what do I have to I do ?

Hi chulhyuk_choi, I have already experienced this problem in the past, but I don't know why it happens and how to solve it completely. I managed to overcome it by using a different browser, even a different PC or a VM in the past. You can try resetting your Chrome browser (pay attention not to delete your profile data!). Hope it helps

Thanks for your reply and sharing your experiences 

This symptom seems to be exactly the same as what you experienced. It only occurs on certain PCs or Chrome browsers, and an error occurs yesterday, but it runs without a problem today. It seems to be a problem related to Chrome
I hope the product team will come up with a solution for this.
Anyway, I'm glad to know the solution to some extent, although don't know the cause.
