Hello Experts,
I have a scenario where part is moving out from France to Singapore (Export) . But this part we got from US , mean originated from US.
Because the part as this origin they have, it's a legal requirement, to apply for US license to export the dual use / military part (or in some case they can use the exemption)
As per legal requirement in France we have to assign 2 licenses.
One US license (because of the origin)
One FR license related to the end user
Could you please advise how to do this set up.
Regards,
Ashish

hi Ashish,
are you using Transit procedure ? if so, you need to assign License from US to FR and FR to SG.
if it is not in Transit then FR to SG export license would be sufficient.
you can submit the certificate of the Origin for the product while submitting the Customs Declaration for approval.
