1SG Group Reporting Implementation - Vendor Creation Warning

After implementing 1SG for Group Reporting, has anyone encountered the following error when creating a vendor?

"You may not specify a PBC/POR number for country 'XX'."

If so, could you please share any insights on what might be causing this and how it was resolved?
