Ao gerar um evento de tabela, periódicos e não-periódicos, o governo retorna um evento R-5001 como resposta de forma síncrona, bem como o de fechamento de eventos do período (R-2099).
Ao gerar o evento de fechamento, o evento de informações de bases e tributos consolidadas por período de apuração (R-5011) é retornado de forma assíncrona através da consulta ao webservice ConsultaInformacoesConsolidadas. Para execução desse processo de forma automatizada, há uma nova consulta feita através do TDF.
Para ser possível receber o evento de retorno R-5011, você precisará implementar as SAP Notes abaixo:
Adicionalmente, é necessário revisar as configurações do seu PI ou SOAMANAGER, conforme abaixo:
Caso você se pergunte como você pode saber se recebeu o retorno do governo, você pode acessar o lote enviado com o evento de fechamento na aba BATCH MONITOR, conforme a imagem abaixo:
Ou ainda, você pode filtrar pelo evento R-5011 na aba EVENT MONITOR, e, ao clicar em Status, você pode verificar o ID do evento que originou o evento de retorno conforme a imagem a seguir:
Supondo que você não tenha recebido o evento de retorno, você pode seguir os seguintes passos para recebe-lo:
Para visualizar o evento de bases e tributos consolidados, no entanto, você deve acessar a aba EVENT MONITOR e fazer o download do XML, conforme a imagem a seguir:

When you generate a table event, a periodic or non-periodic event, the government returns an R-5001 event as a synchronous response, as well as the closing of event periods (R-2099).
When you generate a closing event, the consolidated tax and basis event per calculation period (R-5011) is returned as asynchronous through the ConsultaInformacoesConsolidadas webservice. To execute this process automatically, there is a new consult made through TDF product.
To receive the return event (R-5011), you must implement the SAP Notes listed below:
You should also review your PI or SOAMANAGER configuration, as per below:
In case you are wondering how you can know if you received the return event of the government, you can access the batch you sent with the closing event in the BATCH MONITOR tab page, as per the image below:
You can also filter by the R-5011 event in the EVENT MONITOR tab page, and, when you click on the Status, you can check the Event ID which is the origin of the return event, as per image below:
Supposing you haven’t received a return event, you can follow the steps below to receive it:
To display a consolidated tax and basis event, you can access the EVENT MONITOR tab page and download the XML file, as per image below:

- Evento de Bases e Tributos Consolidados (R-5011)

Adicionalmente, é necessário revisar as configurações do seu PI ou SOAMANAGER, conforme abaixo:
- Para PI, o novo webservice do governo que deve ser configurado é o Reinf13_BATSR_Consulta_Protocolo. Para saber como tal configuração deve ser feita, veja o seguinte exemplo: Exemplo de configuração de cenário.
- Para SOAMANAGER, o novo webservice do governo que deve ser configurado é o ConsultasReinf. Para mais informações, veja a seção Configure SOAMANAGER for Government Communication do Configuration guide e veja também os passos a seguir no Application Help do TDF: Configuração de SOAMANAGER.
- O que devo fazer caso eu tenha feito as configurações necessárias e ainda assim não tenha recebido o evento de retorno?
Caso você se pergunte como você pode saber se recebeu o retorno do governo, você pode acessar o lote enviado com o evento de fechamento na aba BATCH MONITOR, conforme a imagem abaixo:
Ou ainda, você pode filtrar pelo evento R-5011 na aba EVENT MONITOR, e, ao clicar em Status, você pode verificar o ID do evento que originou o evento de retorno conforme a imagem a seguir:
Supondo que você não tenha recebido o evento de retorno, você pode seguir os seguintes passos para recebe-lo:
- Acesse a aba BATCH MONITOR.
- Selecione o lote em que o seu evento R-2099 que não contém o evento de retorno está.
- Selecione o botão Continue processing of selected batches (veja a imagem abaixo). Esse botão faz com que o lote volte ao status anterior (cujo status é o 20 – Batch sent to government).
- Execute o relatório Define Flow Execution for Events (transação /TMF/MF_FLOW_EXEC) com os seguintes parâmetros: preencha o campo Flow com BATCHR e preencha o campo Event Type com R2099. Após esse passo, o lote será reprocessado e o webservice será reexecutado, e, na sequência, você receberá o seu evento de consolidação.

- What should I do in case I have configured everything and I haven’t received the return event from the government?
In case you are wondering how you can know if you received the return event of the government, you can access the batch you sent with the closing event in the BATCH MONITOR tab page, as per the image below:
You can also filter by the R-5011 event in the EVENT MONITOR tab page, and, when you click on the Status, you can check the Event ID which is the origin of the return event, as per image below:
Supposing you haven’t received a return event, you can follow the steps below to receive it:
- Access the BATCH MONITOR tab page.
- Select the batch in which your R-2099 event is.
- Select the Continue processing of selected batches option (see image below). This option returns the status of your batch to the previous one (In which is the 20 – Batch sent to government).
- Execute the Define Flow Execution for Events report (transaction /TMF/MF_FLOW_EXEC) with the following parameters: fill in the Flow field with BATCHR and fill in the Event Type field with R2099. After this step, the batch will be processed again, the webservice will be executed once again and, in the following, you will receive your consolidated tax and basis event.
To display a consolidated tax and basis event, you can access the EVENT MONITOR tab page and download the XML file, as per image below:
