The SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) 3.0 is to release SP10 late August 2020 and right around the corner SP11 in September. If you noticed, these two support packages that I mentioned are just one month apart.
Please take note that in PaPM SP10, the solution's main objective is to accomodate customers that are using Estimated Cashflow Preparation (ECP) Fixed Content which is integrated with SAP S/4HANA for Financial Products Subledger - a solution that is planning to release a new feature pack this August.
Even so ECP is the ultimate goal, PaPM development team still aimed to improve PaPM solution by enhancing some functionalities and giving better features to customers.
Now let me share with you the points that you can expect in Support Package 10
SAP Profitability and Performance Management 3.0 SP10 offers performance improvement in the PaPM interface called by CVPM (FPSL-ECP). The execution runtimes of ACG, BECF and EPS via CVPM have improved
If the Query source is Environment CDS and the Editable option is set to
No the modeler will have the Aggregation Behavior option for KYF (Keyfigure Rule type Column).

Writer function with BW Write Type Loading has been enhanced to consider only records from specific process which triggered the writer.
Filter condition is added to the generated Data Transformation Process for this purpose. During execution of the writer function, data will be filtered based on process id. This mechanism will work even for existing modeled writers after reactivation.

Allocation result inherits the values from sender data when the allocation rule mapping method is 'Empty as any value'. If the sender data is empty, the receiver data is used to populate allocation result. Offset allocation result and unassigned items still have values as they exist in sender data.

Within a Calculation Unit Process, a new activity type has now been included called the URL.
The user can maintain Web URLs for activities of this activity type.
