In the modeling application in Environment -> Partitionings -> Partitioning it is now possible to maintain for each Partition Range optionally a SAP HANA Volume, where the package of work should be executed. This can be helpful to achieve an equal load distribution in a scale-out system landscape, when the number of records in the partition range packages are very uneven distributed and the automatic SAP HANA scale out distribution of packages is suboptimal. If the SAP HANA volume is maintained, this will overrule the automatic SAP HANA scale out distribution.
The new qualitative reporting will supplement the existing quantitative reporting. The main purpose of the qualitative reporting is to support extensive annotations and explanations for input and results data visualizations. This is helpful for many use cases where extensive documentation is required, for instance transfer pricing, sustainability and tax reporting.
