How this works

Vote for Improvement Requests

Search for your topic of interest and vote for Improvement Request(s) you wish to support and plan to take advantage of in your organization.

--- or ---

Submit Improvement Request

If you cannot find an Improvement Request that matches your need, use the “Submit Improvement” button to create a new Improvement Request.

Wait for Review

Once your Improvement Request has been submitted, other companies can see and vote for it.

Improvement requests that reach the voting threshold are guaranteed to be reviewed during the next review cycle.

The frequency of review cycles is mentioned on the session's homepage.

Review Cycle Communication

After the review cycle has ended, a blog is posted to the session’s homepage with information on the accepted and delivered improvement requests.

If the coach was not able to make a final decision on the Improvement Request during the review cycle, the Improvement Request will be included in the next review cycle.

Voting threshold

Improvement requests are prioritized by the community through voting, so please cast your votes for Improvement Requests important to you.

Review of an Improvement Request by the Product Managers will happen only when the Request has reached the minimum threshold of 15 or more votes, with the results being published within the Review Result Communication.

Review Cycles

Reviews of Improvement Requests will happen every quarter. The next review cycle is shown on the time line above. Please ensure to place your votes before the review starts.

Closing Requests

Improvement Request that have less than 15 votes from the community and submitted more than 12 months ago, will be automatically closed to help reduce the backlog and ease of navigation for the community.

We will provide regular updates through blog posts, please make sure to "Follow" this session and any Improvement Request you are interested in, so that you get notified each time we add a new publication.
