If your organization is asking the same question, you will be pleased to know that a new SAP Knowledge Base Article (SAP KBA) has been published in December 2024 to address the need for technical monitoring for SAP Convergent Mediation using SAP Cloud ALM.
SAP KBA 3551398 provides the integration guide document that describes the configuration steps required in both SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Convergent Mediation. Additionally, it includes a sample configuration export for SAP Convergent Mediation that can be imported into an existing SAP Convergent Mediation installation with release 9.3.
Please note that this integration is made possible through the use of out-of-the box features in SAP Convergent Mediation release 9.3 in combination with the sample workflow configuration provided in the KBA. The sample workflow configuration is not within the scope of standard SAP Convergent Mediation product support.
