Hi All,
Please find below which explains about the SPM Extractors set up in ECC.
Follow these steps to install, configure and run the SAP Spend Analytics extractors.
•Download the attached transport file(from SAP) containing the extractor objects.
•Import that transport file into the corresponding R/3 system.
•Run transaction sm30 to configure the output directory, filename and delimiter in the view ZSA_FFCUSTTABL. This is needed if you use files to load data.
•Run transaction SM30 to maintain the exclusion table in the view ZSA_D_FLDVAL and ZSA_GLSPLIT(optional: see config guide for details)
•If you are using direct data source you should generate the datasources also at this step.
•Run transaction Z_SA_DEPD to review the metadata and generate the extractor program.
•Run transaction Z_SA_EXTR to select and run the extractor for a chosen object.
The extracted data file will be available in the directory that is configured in step 3.

Once extraction set up is completed...please proceed with the replication in BW, ativiation of Content (if not done yet). A few configuration steps to be done in BW before you start data loading from UI.
