Purpose: Immediate Billing and invoicing at a time.

Immediate billing and invoicing it can simplify the process and reduce the system run time performance.

Step-1

Please find the SPRO path for configuration.

SPRO Path: FICAIMG-->Convergent Invoice-->Billing-->Billing Process-->Define Billing Process.

Step-2

Assign the Invoice process to Billing process.

Step-3

Let’s try to do billing and invoicing by T code-FKKBIXBIT_MON

Please enter the Business partner and contract account then execute.

Step 4

Billable items will be displayed. These are the BITS ready for Billing and invoicing.

 

Select the billable item and try to do the Billing.

System will display the pop up to enter the below details.

Billing process-BPTE, Subprocess-TELC and Billing date.

 

 

Step-5

Check the t code- FKKBIXBIT_MON, you can see the billing and invoicing documents created at a time.

 

Invoice document is created along with Billing document.
