We have been exploring all the integration capabilities between SAP Business Objects 4.0 and SAP Strategy Management 10.0. We have prepared a step by step guide in this post: Providing SSM data to SAP BusinessObjects reporting tools – Exhausting all scenarios
The only thing we have not being able to implement (after many hours spent) are:
- Using SMDataServiceService and CubeServiceService Web Services to make data available for Xcelsius/Dashboards. We got an error when inserting the WSDL and we tried by all ways to make Xcelsius capable to understand it.
- To use ODBO provider for making data available for Crystal Reports. By following SAP manual, we have not managed to make it work because of errors.
Does anybody being able to deal with these integration options? Any feedback would be welcome!
