 Curious? Let’s dive into more detail, SAP Taulia consists of two scope items that can be activated independently in your SAP ERP: 7DX (Receivables Financing with SAP Taulia) and 7MG (Payables Financing with SAP Taulia).

Scope item 7DX unlocks receivables financing capabilities in your ERP system. Shortly said, this enables you to unlock cash trapped in your invoices remarkably improving your cash flow.

Scope item 7MG covers the Payables side of your business, offering Virtual Cards, Dynamic Discounting and Supply Chain Finance. Dynamic Discounting basically means that you get a discount from suppliers in exchange for early payments. Supply Chain Finance, works similar, but instead a funder makes the early payment and you repay them later.  Virtual Cards, support you in automating and making your transactions safer and easier.

As of release S/4HANA Public Cloud 2508 7MG: Payables Financing with Taulia is the successor of 4AV: Supplier Finance in S/4HANA. Customers who want to set up Supplier Financing will now need to activate scope item 7MG.
