This one-hour session is Part 2 of the webinars on scope item 5SW, starting with a short recap of the content of the first webinar held on May 13, 2024, which you can review here,

Part 2 of the webinar will explain and show demos for various subscription change processes which are planned to be supported by the scope item, as well as automated application, tenant and capability decommissioning. 

In addition, we will also have a look into key elements of the system setup for the scope item, for which a detailed setup guide and end to end test script is planned to be made available with the 2508 release. 

We will also give an outlook on the product direction and product vision for "Subscription Management for Software", with SAP Business Data Cloud leveraging license consumption, software usage and adoption data as the basis for customer success, using Analytics Cloud stories, AI Agents, or integration to Gainsight Customer Success.
