We are pleased to announce that SAP Continuous Influence is available for SAP Risk and Assurance Management, effective May 26th, 2025. This development represents a significant step forward in our commitment to customer-centric innovation and collaborative product improvement.

SAP Continuous Influence, a widely adopted program across numerous SAP product teams, is now being extended to include SAP Risk and Assurance Management. This expansion allows us to establish a direct channel for collecting and reviewing improvement requests from our valued customers and partners.

The introduction of Customer Influence for SAP Risk and Assurance Management offers several key benefits:

  1. Enhanced Collaboration: This platform facilitates a seamless and transparent co-innovation process between our Product Management team and our user community.
  2. Scalability: The system is designed to efficiently handle and process a large volume of improvement requests, ensuring that no valuable feedback is overlooked.
  3. Direct Review: Our Product Management team will have immediate access to customer and partner suggestions, allowing for prompt evaluation and potential implementation of proposed enhancements.
  4. Transparency: The platform provides clear visibility into the status and progress of submitted improvement requests, fostering trust and open communication with our user base.

Submit your ideas

Customer Influence is your online co-innovation channel with SAP Product Management. It provides you, our SAP customers and partners, to see all submitted requests, submit your own ideas and vote as well as comment on other ideas.

When submitting your request, please select one of the following categories:

  • Issue Management and Remediation
  • Business Content Hub, E2E, and Integration
  • Automated Procedures
  • Data Consolidation and Task Service
  • Controls and Work Packages
  • Manual Procedures
  • Risks and Master Data

Improvement requests are prioritized by the community through voting, so please cast votes for improvement requests important to you. The review of an improvement request will happen when the minimum number of 10 or more votes has been reached.

The results of each review phase will be published within the review result communication as a Blog in the SAP Risk and Assurance Management session.
