We are pleased to announce our new functionality which goes live later on today, which gives you the opportunity to now edit your Purchase Order information for Cloud orders.
From the SAP for Me home page, navigate to Finance and Legal and the Cloud card.
And then go to the Contracts tab and on the right-hand side, Manage PO numbers.
This opens up a Filter page, where you can then see which contracts are available for editing with PO information.
You can either select one or all of the relevant contracts.
Either enter in a brand new PO number or edit the existing one, and enter a validity date. The validity date option is up to five years out.
Once entered, then click on the Add New PO number and then click on the Confirm button and you will get a confirmation message.
You can also enter in that No PO is required.
And then you will get another confirm message to say that this remains until the end of your contract, unless you chose to edit again.
