We are using SAP 8.82 PL05 and facing the below issue when we execute the Ageing Report for customers and receive the message "You cannot open window [866] Exchange Rates and Indexes with your current license", for a specific customer.
Please notice that the is not any A/R Invoice or A/R Credit had been issue only with Local Currency. Also, the Ageing Report for Supplier is successfully executed.
We already checked the below threads :
but with no success.
Do you have face it before or could you advice us why this happening?
Kind Regards,
Alexandros Karadimitropoulos

1) Login with a professional user ID and enter the Exchange Rate for the date for which you want to run the Customer Aging Report for the user who is getting the error.
2) Login to the user with which you are getting the error and try to run the Customer aging report for the date for which you have defined the exchange rate in Step 1 above.
3) Check the Customer Aging Report and the currency drop down on top left of the Report.
4) Change the same to the Local Currency and hit Ok
5) Run the Customer Aging Report and you would get the report.

This solution works indeed. The thing that is puzzling, is that we were not having this issue at all before. Just started to happen this week. We don't maintain daily updates for exchange rates and everything was working fine (most past dates don't have exchange rates set). Any idea what might have happened to trigger that 866 error for a limited user, suddenly? Thank you.
Hi,
Using the Superuser Login ID, define the Exchange Rate for the day and then check the Aging Report. You will not get the reported error.
