The Canadian Year-End Note has been published https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2541026 Note it mentions that "Service Marketplace under http://service.sap.com/hrcanada is to be discontinued.".

I have not heard of when (or if) ASUG will hold it's Year-End Webcast, but those who happen to go to the ASUG HR & Payroll Conference in Toronto later this week may be able to find out. Note that the one for US Payroll will be on October 26 (https://www.asug.com/events/hr-hcm-us-payroll-and-tax-reporting-year-end-update-2017).

Good Morning Remi

We've apply 2017YE HRSPs to test environment., also applied 3PR Performance note 2544664 and find that it creates errors before activation as

Class cl_hr3prna_evail_report, Method end_of_selection

the data object "ls_detail_items" does not have a component called "pernr_for_rollback"

Options is to proceed to activate the note, but I'm afraid if I do then when we run the programs there will be errors and dumps generated

This is urgent since we cannot proceed with our initial tests for GoLive in 3 weeks, timelines are being affected

Hello Maria,

Thanks for your update since it should warn others of problems to anticipate. We'll be uploading the HRSP in DEV Mid-November and keep that in mind (but I haven't looked at Note 2544664 yet).

I suggest that you log the problem with SAP using component PY-CA-YE in order to get a quick reply.

Good Morning the YE Master note 2569557 updated with attached YE Transports , reference to SAP Note 2571631 with attachment of the SYS and CUST transports

I'm assuming these are the YE Transports to apply POST CLC?

SYS transports to apply in client 000 and customer clients ie client 200 etc..

CUST to apply only to customer client ie client 200 etc..

SAP Note 2571631is for SAP R/3 enterprise (Rel 4.70)

Please refer to SAP Note 2567001 for SAP_HR ECC 6.0 to HR Renewal 2.0 6.08

As for the process, I believe that yes, the Workbench should go to Client 000 first, but since I'm not a Basis resource, I would point you to the comment on these notes which states that "SAP Notes 1318389, 13719, and 480180 describe the procedure for downloading and importing the data files, as well as the involved risks".
