Hi,
Our customer is planning to use the predelivered COA in there Public Cloud system. But we would need some assistance related to 2 topics in the area of COA.
1. We've been reading about the possibility of not transporting GL-accounts into P if they planning to not use them. In several places they are refering to tick the box "GL account not used" in the master data of the account. However, it seems like we don't have that possibilty. Is this something that has been changed and not longer a possibilty?
Question 2:
We've also been discussing Field Status Groups and potentials changes in specific accounts. However, is there a way to extract the full COA YCOA with the information of field status in one go, like I'd have collected the data from one table if we'd been running a project with a private cloud instead.

hi Sanne, For first question, please refer https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_CLOUD/0fa84c9d9c634132b7c4abb9ffdd8f06/35e42fcad6e644c5b51f563d... you can use feature Implementation Status now to control account status, also this feature removes the G/L Account Not Used column from the Manage G/L Account Master Data app. For question 2, in app Manage G/L Account Master data, under View select Company Code View, input company code, in account list click setting button to add field Field Status Group, in this way you can check field status group for all accounts under specified company codes, thanks.
