WWI_Genaration Possible

Hi all,

I have created a report (MSDS) but the status is in Generation Possible. I find server is up and running. When I try to place cursor on red ball icon, the status is "Generation running", Also I have cheked the status CG5Z, the priority is "5", the job status is Released. But when i try to release in CG56, the status is Gen Possible.

All the config settings are correct and using cgsadm, I find the server service is running.

Can anybody find a solution for this?

Now it is solved, I tried to create a same report once again with no changes in the data.....
