I'm trying to use wsdl locations at WSIL to integrate with third party application, but I encountered a problem that locations are not fixed, they are changed at some time.
I'm wondering why they are changed.
Anyone could help me to get understand this?
Is there any way to get the valid wsdl location at any time?
