WS00800304 issue - Purchase Contract displayed twice for first approver in My Inbox app

Hello Experts, 

please, help me with issue of displaying PC twice in My Inbox app for the first approver.

As you can see from Flexible WF administration app, one is already completed (approved by all approvers) and second is still In Process waiting for first approval: 

When first task was approved, that disappeared but not the 2nd task - this still remains in the first approvers inbox.

What could be the issue?

Hi Veronika, Ok you'll need to look at your workflow configuration in the app Manage Workflows for Purchase Contracts. There are some differences for purchase contracts around reworkable releases so perhaps it might be that?
