We are using the NWBC recipe development. Whenever the new recipe is created and submitted for approval those person's SAP ID is maintained in group gets the recipe workflow in their Engineering Inbox tile to approve it, but there is one user whose ID is there in recipe distribution list but still he is not able to received the workflow in his Engineering Inbox. I have also check the agents assigned through SWIA transaction, his name is also appearing their still it's not showing. I'm new to this system, so can you help me how I can troubleshoot this issue further. What things I need to check. Step by step information will help a lot. Thanks in advance.
