Hello Experts,

I have a question here about workflows as we know we put deputy whenever we are on vacation .

However, if we maintain in unplanned deputy all the time he other person also gets approval flows .

how to avoid it and it should trigger when it is really unplanned vacation.

Hi,

In case of unplanned (passive) substitution, the substitution rule can be created anytime as will be not active after the creation. The substitute user should accept the substitution after that (activating the rule). Substitute user can also switch off the substitution and the other user workitem will be displayed in the inbox only if the substitution rule is active. In this way users can prepare for unexpected situations.

Hello Laszlo, Thankyou for the solution. I would like to know when users keep unplanned deputy can we have track possibility of users to check whether they have maintained from consultant end .
