Hello Experts,
We have developed the workflow with two levels of approval - 1st level & 2nd level.
There is a deadline monitoring for both the levels and the remainder emails will be send on 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42 and the workflow will be cancelled if the action is not taken on 49th day.
Scenario:
The 1st level approver had taken action only after 21 days and the remainder emails sent accordingly for 7th, 14th & 21st.
Once the 1st level is approved, it has gone to 2nd level approver.
Here the issue is still the 1st level approval remainder emails is triggering for 28th, 35th, 42nd even after the approval is done.
And finally worklfow got cancelled.
Could you please help us on stopping the deadline monitoring once the action is taken.
