workflow: condition setting in byd

Dear All,

When setting up a workflow

I set it because I wanted to control the flow execution with Define Conditions, but it didn't work as I expected.

Can someone please help me if my understanding is correct?

My rule setting screen

: condition1.jpg

expected result

: Whenever a sales order is saved, if the customer name is not '1234' or the list price is greater than 1, the corresponding workflow is executed.

actual result

: No matter what condition is set, no mail is being received.

Whenever you save a Sales Order without setting conditions, e-mail reception is working well.

Kindy validate the 1234 is a customer name or customer number.

Hello Sahalya,

'1234' is a value that is neither included in the customer name nor in the Id.

I think the condition I set is the condition the workflow will act on if the values are not equal.

Is that correct?
