Hi Guru,
In work flow, when it is held by a user, it got the status of "in process"
My question is : how to find "Who" is doing with this work flow?
I can not find it in SWI1/SWI5 and tables like SWWUSERWI/SWWLOGHIST.
I only find it in case the work flow is in my inbox not for others work flow.
Please kindly support.

You can view the workflow technical log through many of the standard workflow reporting transactions. I use SWi2_Freq, or you can also use SWi1. When you are viewing the log, you can go to Edit> Personal Workflow Settings, and change your workitem display as well as the workflow technical log view. My personal preference is to see the Technical View and the Classic Technical View:
You'd have toback out once when you've changed your selection for your settings to take effect.
But you should be able to access the same details from SWI1 as you have posted here. Just drill down into the 'in process' task (keep drilling if you have to) and you'll get to the actual dialog task that is in process. Then you can click on the Agents icon to see who has the task in process.

In the workflow technical log for the dialog task (you'll need to either drill down in your current workflow log view, or change your personal settings to Technical View and Classic Technical View). You would see that the Status box is partially filled in, meaning the task has been picked up by someone and started. From there, you can open up the task details (click on the +) and you'll see who started processing the workitem.

1. Transaction SWIA or program RSWIWILS
2. Add the ID of the work item
3. Double click in the line
4. In the next screen, click on the button
then "Agents"
Here is the agent who is with the request inbox
I hope it helps.
The description from @icgomes was excellent, although I would start from SWI2_FREQ or SWI1.
Starting from SWI1, enter the workitem type as W (Dialog Task) and if you know it, enter the task itself.
On the following page, you'll see a list of the workflow instances that have kicked off. Choose one that is 'in process' for the purposes of your question.
Drill into one of these or push the 'golden scroll' (the Workflow Log icon).
I know that you may have a different view of the workflow log - you will see the same information in the other views that I see here - it's just that the display format is somewhat different. In the screenshot above, I see on the last line of the log that the status box is partially filled in . That indicates that a user has started processing a task.
You can click on the folder icon to the far left to see who has started processing the task.
Please take your time getting accustomed to seeing the workflow log, and its components. If the above doesn't help, I recommend you look at SAP Help or continue looking here on the Community.

Hi sallyxu-cn, you should be able to drill all the way down in the workflow log - whatever starting transaction you used, it doesn't matter - until you see the individual task that is in process. If you can't, perhaps check with Basis to see if you are missing authorizations? From the screen shot that you provided, I have annotated it to show you where to drilldown.
Good luck
