Work Center Defined Queue Times Disappear When Scheduling in CA03

We have our Move Time Matrix via location group and standard/minimum queue times defined in our work centers. For a particular route when we schedule via CA03 and select more than 1 for lot size, the queue times disappear for this particular route.

I checked a few other routes and this isn't happening with them. Just this one we've found so far. The settings are the same, minimum send ahead qty, overlapping required, etc.

What is causing this behavior?

R Brahmankar,

Thank you sir for your quick response. I actually found it. We have 2 standard operations in all our routes. In these operations there is not supposed to be any time and the work center doesn't have any capacity. For the route that had the queue issue, these two operations had splitting and overlap required with a minimum send ahead quantity defined. Once I removed those settings, like the rest of the routes containing those same operations, the queue time appeared again with quantities of more than one in CA03 scheduling.

Hello,

The queue time defined on the routing has higher priority than the queue time defined on the work center.

If the queue time is empty on the routing, but an unit has been defined, system considers that the queue time it has been intentionally defined as zero.

Remove the unit from the routing operation or define the queue time directly on the routing.

Please refer SAP KBA on it 1795237 - Queue time is not considered during scheduling

2385895 - Queue time is not considered in come cases

Best Regards,
