WM- Storage Type 200 has the negative stocks

Hi Experts,

i am trying to transfer the stock from one location to other location ( Blocked status stock ) under a single WH number-800 and storage type -200, within the two different storage bin numbers.

We configured like, Material document is created with the movement type 325 within the two storage locations. With the PCN generated a Tr is created and following with the TR reference TO is created automatically and confirmed with the 999 movement type.

1.Under the destination Bin the given input bin value is not considering and updating with the source bin.

2. When the TO is created We are getting an error as " Storage type 200 does not allow negative stocks".

Kindly do the needful.
