We have data source FINTAXU08, which Shows the relevant tax base amounts for withholding tax items and taxes withheld from paid invoices.
We also have data source SRMIV_B03 with Withholding Tax Country information.
You also try with data source FINTAXU04, it contains Withholding Tax Code, Withholding Tax Event, etc.
Please try to combine above data sources to get your own custom report.
